Diamondback R Series
Most owners of manual-press operations are constantly looking for ways to justify upgrading to an automatic press because of the tremendous benefits automation offers. Entry-level automatics can dramatically increase output, giving shops the ability to take on large and last-minute jobs. They also minimize labor costs and they largely eliminate the tedium and hard physical effort involved in hand-pulling squeegees. In shops where the owner does much of the printing, an automatic's high-speed production can free up time to work with existing clients—and seek out new ones. |

Fusion R Series
Easy to own and economical to operate, Fusions are M&R’s most affordable 91 cm (36”), 122 cm (48”), and 152 cm (60”) textile dryers, and they’re available in 183 cm (6’) and 305 cm (10’) heat chamber lengths. Fusion’s thermal insulation helps prevent heat from migrating into the workplace. That means more heat stays in the dryer chamber, reducing energy costs. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer capacity and minimize per-unit cost. Aggressively priced and impressively designed, Fusion is a perfect choice for operations ranging from small manual shops to mid-size automated shops. |

Saturn Platinum II
Saturn Platinum II sets the standard for high tolerance printing in a compact press, with a level of control and quality normally found only in large, expensive presses. It’s ideal for applications where absolute precision is critical, delivering exceptional results on circuit boards, nameplates, panels, backlit graphics, flexible membrane switches, glass, ceramics, and four-color halftone printing. Saturn Platinum II uses separate motors for lift/lower and print/flood. The variable-frequency AC electric drive motors are brushless and maintenance-free. Saturn Platinum II’s heavy-duty, chatter-free design and flat metal-alloy vacuum bed provide the rigidity and stability necessary for high-quality prints and long press life. |

Vitran II
Switchback and Vitran II are the finest UV cure systems available. M&R’s patented dual-reflector technology delivers faster curing, lower energy costs, and cooler operation. Each system uses a secondary reflector—positioned at the top of the primary reflector—to capture the energy that normally bounces down onto the lamp. The secondary reflector redirects this UV energy onto the substrate, speeding the curing process while saving energy and prolonging lamp life. Open-top reflector chambers allow heat and ozone to escape. Powerful turbines hold down even lightweight substrates while drawing cool air under the reflector and across the belt and lamps. Adjustable UV lamps can be focused to cure heat-sensitive substrates (like vinyl) or unfocused for heavier substrates (like glass or metal). |
