EMULSIONS

They are classified primarily by their characteristics: resistance, compatibility with certain inks, and other elements attributed to the process of printing. As well as the specific types of application, and its adaptability to certain types of exposure units.

• Emulsions resistant to reclaiming products, for general use: FX88, 922FAST

• Diazo-photopolymer Emulsion ( cured twice ): ALX & ALX/CL, TLX & TLX/CL, RLX

• Photopolymer Emulsion SBQ: QTX and QFX

• Emulsions totally resistant to reclaiming products: 
569, 569CL, 569FAST, 449, FX88-SR, TZ, TZ/CL,TZ/DK, TZ/HY-200B, 925WR, 925WR/CL

Emulsions applied before production of stencil:

Ulano No. 2, Ulano No. 3, Gel No. 23

Emulsions applied before printing:

Hardener X, Ulano No. 60 Screen Filler, Ulano No. 10.

Emulsions applied after printing and to recoup ink:

Liquid Stencil Remover Ulano No. 4,   Paste Stencil Remover Ulano No. 5, Diazo-Satin Remover No.75,  
Paste Remover Ulano No.78

DIRECT CAPILLARY FILM



We offer a series of films pre-coated for use on stencils. Films which adhere to the mesh, even if the mesh is soaked in water, already degreased, or washed thoroughly.
